Mindful Resilience

Call it resilience, stress management, mindfulness, or mindset management, this is a critical need in our world today; yet few of us are aware of our ability to manage our mindset and nervous system and/or have the time or inclination to develop a dedicated meditation practice.

Whether we’re leading ourselves or leading a team, when we develop and exercise the ability to quiet the talk-track in our mind, to manage our stress response, and to recover quickly from a stressed state to a clear-thinking state, we:

  • produce better quality work

  • more creatively solve challenges

  • experience greater fulfillment

  • feel better physically

  • are better able to support others around us to do the same

For Organizations:

Stress is high. Burn-out is real. Change is constant. You need leaders at all levels who can navigate uncertainty with resilience and creative solutions. This requires awareness building, experimentation and ongoing practice. We can deliver this in a wide variety of solutions, from experiential presentations to ongoing programs in which we empower your team members to:

  • Be aware of the typical sources of workplace stress and identify their own specific sources of stress

  • Develop their awareness of our automatic biological reactions to perceived threats and stressors in our environment

  • Learn and experiment with tools, techniques and tips to manage our mindset to reduce the impact of stress in our mind and body

  • Create a personalized and/or group or team strategy to activate a desired or required change

  • Support others on this journey

For Individuals:

Have you been challenged to make a desired change? Do you hear yourself saying “I’m burned out”? Is stress causing you to be more short-tempered than normal? Would you like to quiet your internal critical voice(s) and get back to your creative thinking state? Do you experience what many call “Impostor Syndrome”?

Through a blend of teaching and coaching, we can work together to:

  • Identify the sources of your stress

  • Develop your awareness of your automatic biological reactions to perceived threats and stressors in your environment

  • Recommend and teach you tools, techniques and tips to manage your mindset to reduce the impact of stress in your mind and body

  • Co-create a strategy to support a change that you desire

  • Provide you with scientific explanations from neurobiology, psychology, and other fields, but only if you want it!
