I envision a world in which:

  • Women have as much runway as they desire to progress in their careers
  • Women, those who are completely qualified, are at every level of leadership including the C-Suite and Board of Directors.
  • Organizations are stronger financially as a result of integrated more women leaders, because healthy organizations lead to a better economy and better career opportunities for everyone
  • Better leaders are present every level of our organizations. Better leaders at the top provide much needed role models for aspiring leaders. Better leaders enable more productive cultures, which leads to higher engagement, more fulfillment and dare we dream it, more fun at work! All of this leads to better relations, teamwork, products, productivity and financial results.
  • Men feel confident and supported as they navigate their professional relationships with women in the workplace.
  • Women rarely encounter sexual harassment, and when they do, they are able to address it proactively, calmly and quickly with a positive outcome for all parties involved.
  • Men proactively support women as colleagues, mentors, and sponsors. Who enabled women to have the right to vote? Men did. Who will enable women to break the glass ceiling? Men and women together will.
